Tips For: Individual Meeting Request

The goal in creating a ticket is to include enough information so that we can provide the help that you need in our first response. Otherwise, time and effort will be wasted on requests for more information and clarification. Please use the tips below to make the message body and the attachments to your email as effective as possible:

If you have a question that does not need to be discussed in private, then please bring that question to one of the lab sessions for this course.

By contrast, if you need to discuss a matter privately, then please describe what you want to discuss. We will schedule a time to meet privately on Zoom. Make sure to include a list of days and times that you will be available for a Zoom meeting. When we confirm the meeting day and time, we will send you a Zoom link.

Attachments If there is a document that you wish to discuss in our meeting, then please attach it to your email.
