This page presents solutions for common problems encountered while using the Trainor HelpDesk system. Identify your problem in the table below, then follow the advice given in the Try This column.

Missing Confirmation | After having sent an emai to the HelpDesk system, you should receive a confirmation email within about one minute. If you can't find the confirmation in your inbox folder, look for it in your junk folder. If you do find the confirmation email in your junk folder, remember to configure your email client to stop treating these emails as junk (for Microsoft email, see this article ). |
Still Waiting For Response | If you have not yet received a confirmation for the email that you sent to create the ticket, please see Missing Confirmation (above). Otherwise, try posting a further comment to your ticket to let us know that you are still waiting for our help. You can do this by picking any confirmation email related to this ticket that you received from the HelpDesk and replying to it. Remember to not make a change to the subject line. Also, if your email client includes the prior email discussion below the text of your reply, please delete that text. All of that text should already be available in your ticket. |
