Tips For: Course-Related IT Help Request
The goal in creating a ticket is to include enough information so that we can provide the help that you need in our first response. Otherwise, time and effort will be wasted on requests for more information and clarification. Please use the tips below to make the message body and the attachments to your email as effective as possible:

If the IT tool for which you need help is not specific to this course (ie: Canvas, Zoom, macoOS, Windows), then please contact the iSchool Helpdesk. Otherwise, please identify the course-specific IT tool that is giving you a problem. Tell us whether you have played and followed any of the related tutorial videos that we have provided in the Weekly Schedule. Describe the symptoms of your problem as best you can. Tell us which operating system you are using and which version of that operating system (ie: macOS Ventura 13.5). |
