Tips For: Course Infrastructure Problem

The goal in creating a ticket is to include enough information so that we can provide the help that you need in our first response. Otherwise, time and effort will be wasted on requests for more information and clarification. Please use the tips below to make the message body and the attachments to your email as effective as possible:

Message Body Please include the following in your message:
  • Which piece of course infrastructure appears to have a problem: Canvas, Weekly Schedule, Zoom, etc.?
  • If this is a University or iSchool System, have you contacted, the iSchool Helpdesk?
  • Describe the problem as you encountered it. Give an example.
Attachments If the problem that you have discovered is a wrong version of a document, then attach the document to your email so that we can easily examine it.
