Tips For: Assignment Regrading Request

The goal in creating a ticket is to include enough information so that we can provide the help that you need in our first response. Otherwise, time and effort will be wasted on requests for more information and clarification. Please use the tips below to make the message body and the attachments to your email as effective as possible:

Please begin by stating unambiguously which assignment you would like us to grade or re-grade.

If this assignment has not been graded yet, then tell us that.

If it has been graded already, then please describe your rationale for asking us to grade it again. Whenever possible, refer to us to entries that we made on the grading feedback form. If you think that we missed something about your work, then do your best to describe what you believe that we missed.

Attachments There is no need to attach your submitted work to the email. We will download it directly from Canvas as part of our normal grading process.
